Dhyana Yoga Has Something For Everyone! Classes Below Are Listed From Beginner Level To More Advanced Levels. It's a good idea to try a few different classes and teachers before deciding exactly what is right for you.

Vinyasa 101 (Beginners)
Slower-paced, information filled class with emphasis on safety, learning poses and proper alignment in practice. Recommended for beginners, but all will benefit and enjoy.

Pre Natal YogA
During our time together we will practice helpful Yoga poses, learn breathing techniques to support your pregnancy, and share tips on how to use all that Yoga has to offer to ease some of the physical pains of the child bearing process. This class will enhance your confidence as a mom-to-be and gives you a safe place to ask questions as well! Our Pre Natal teachers are inspired by motherhood and have a love for working with pregnant students at all stages.

Mommy/Daddy & me Yoga

If you are looking for a way to incorporate Yoga into your relationship with your infant or young child, or  wondering when you will ever have time to exercise again, this class is the answer! We have specially designed this practice for parents who are looking for an opportunity to work out and still have their children with them.  Each class will include some regular and some baby Yoga, plus infant massage.  Open to Parents of all levels and children from 6 weeks to non-walkers.

Relax & Restore
Slower than Dhyana Yoga's All Levels Vinyasa classes, this nurturing flow will leave you feeling refreshed and stress-free. The sequencing is on the more gentle side, providing a "Yin" complement to our other more "Yang" style classes. Expect a calming atmosphere, relaxing music and a nice long Savasana! Appropriate for all students, even beginners, or as a transition from our 101 classes toward the All Levels Vinyasa classes.

Kundalini Yoga
Classic Yoga poses and deep focus on breathing, sound and meditation form a profound mind, body, spirit connection in this Raj Yoga practice. A great metaphysical complement to the more physical aspects of Yoga, while still physically challenging in a different, omnidirectional way. It's been called Yoga Therapy...Try it!

Align & Flow VinyasaExpect a detail oriented practice where the alignment and therapetic application of poses are addressed in a manner to encourage overall wellbeing and safety in the practice, as well as expression of the heart. Classes include an engaging flow of postures, demonstrations, individual adjustments and modifications.

All levels anusara Inspired
The word Anusara means “to flow with grace; to step into the currents of your heart.” This class integrates Universal Principles of Alignment with a life-affirming Tantric philosophy of intrinsic goodness. Classes incorporate detailed postural alignment instructions, therapeutics, and heart-oriented themes to inspire you to embody your potential and directly experience your best self.

All Levels Dhyana Vinyasa & COMMUNITY Dhyana Vinyasa Classes
There's something special going on here! Our inspiring flow style links poses and breath in creative sequences (with roots in Ashtanga) to a moving soundtrack of music that complements the flow. Your Dhyana Yoga trained teacher will guide you to place your body parts in a very special way, which is what Vinyasa means. Variations and modifications will be given based on your experience and needs so this practice is tailored for all levels. You will beencouraged to make the most appropriate choices for yourself, developing trust in the wisdom of your body, and in your own ability to make good choices. All are welcome - the first few classes there is a lot to learn, but the more you come the more fun it gets! Inversion preparation is established with options to enjoy light flight if you choose. Expect a blend of the body, mind, and spirit benefits that yoga offers, in addition to an energetic practice. We offer Community Classes in hopes that everyone will practice more often without worrying about the cost!

Jivamukti Vinyasa
An All Level Vinyasa class taught in the Jivamukti method as established by Sharon Gannon and David Life of the Jivamukti Yoga School in NYC. Every class incorporates a challenging Ashtanga based Vinyasa asana practice with yogic philosophy, meditation, and a focus of the month.

Intermediate/ADVANCED DHYANA Vinyasa
Very similar to All Levels Dhyana Vinyasa classes, you will enjoy a vigorous flow of creative sequences, plus the addition of second series postures, full inversions, and options for advancement to create a more challenging yet totally accessable practice. Some Yoga experience will be helpful, but a playful spirit is all that is required.

anusara advanced practice
Take your practice to the next level and explore the full range of poses from all 3 Anusara syllabi. The teacher unrolls her mat and practices with you, and class is geared towards experienced practitioners who want to refine their technique with a strong, playful practice. (Students are recommended to be comfortable in Sirsasana in the middle of the room, and able to push up to Urdhva Dhanurasana with straight arms).

Dynamic Flow Vinyasa
Dynamic flow as developed by Alex Holmes approaches Vinyasa Yoga as a metaphor for how we can potentially move through life at our most excellent -- with inner & outer strength and grace. Alex teaches in a way that is both challenging and nurturing, tending to body, mind, and spirit as inspired by her teacher, Shiva Rea.

Liquid Flow Vinyasa
Spearheaded by Simon Park, these classes are filled with dynamic asana, creative flows, and integrated pranayama creating a moving meditation that will tune and tone you from the inside out while giving you the tools for navigating life's changes with grace, power, and confidence. Several vinyasa waves of multi-dimensional sequences intelligently unfold in an evolution of movement, enhanced by fluid namaskars, backbends, arm balances and hip openers to unlock the underlying flow of prana as inspired by Prana Flow Yoga, developed by Simon's teacher, Shiva Rea.

Ashtanga variations
A challenging class based on the Ashtanga Primary Series, which is perfectly balanced. This is the template all Dhyana Yoga classes use as a guideline for sequencing, so Vinyasa students will feel right at home, yet taken to another level. Poses can be modified to suit the needs of each student, but expect opportunities for binding, lifting, floating and a series of delicious backbends. Bring a towel.
