Class Descriptions:

Kundalini Yoga
Classic Yoga poses and deep focus on breathing and meditation form a profound mind, body, spirit connection. A great metaphysical compliment to physical practices, and physically challenging in a different, omnidirectional way! Try it!

All Levels Vinyasa
Inspiring flow style in which poses and breath are linked in creative sequences. Variations will be given based on your needs. All are welcome - the more you come the more fun it gets! Inversions approached, options given for all.

All Levels Vinyasa +
Very similar to Dhyana Vinyasa classes, plus the addition of some second series postures, more inversions and more options for advancement create a more challenging but totally accessable practice. Some Yoga experience will be helpful. You can do this!

101 Classes
Slower-paced, information filled class with emphasis on safety, learning poses and proper alignment in practice. Recommended for beginners, but all will benefit and enjoy.

Martial Vinyasa Flow
All of your favorite poses from our Ashtanga based Vinyasa classes with added teachings from Martial Arts, building strength, focus and balance.

Warrior Flow
A more free form chance to explore Yogic Arts and movements, including many inversions, arm balances and strength bulding poses. A great chance to expand your practice & play!

Yin Vinyasa
Slow, supported flow that will leave you feeling refreshed and stress-free. A wonderful choice on those days that you want to practice but need to nurture yourself. Still based on the DY Vinyasa template.

Private Yoga Classes
